Vimco Wrap Around machines form, load, and close transport or display cases from a flat die-cut blank that is shaped directly around the product during the packaging cycle. This process makes it possible to obtain compact, precise packages that are perfectly adapted to the contents, optimising material use and improving logistics efficiency.

Unlike solutions that use pre-glued cases, the board takes its final shape by wrapping around the product or group of products and is then sealed with hot-melt glue, ensuring structural strength, protection, and a high-quality aesthetic for the final package.

Four output types on the same machine

Wrap Around case, display tray, tray with lid, or customized solution: the output configuration is defined during the project phase, according to the blank and the product’s destination. A different machine is not required for each packaging type.

Tray with lid

For display boxes with separate bottom and lid, the machine manages two separate magazines. The product enters after the bottom has been formed, and the lid locks it in place before outfeed, all within a single continuous flow.

From flat die-cut blank to package

There is no need to manage pre-glued cases in stock. The flat die-cut blank enters the machine, wraps around the product group, and takes its final shape during the cycle. Less upstream storage, less management of pre-formed material.

Shelf-ready display boxes

The display tray exits the machine already filled and closed, ready to be placed directly at the point of sale. No intermediate step between production and display: the packaging is already part of the product communication.
