Packaging Lines

Packaging Lines are not individual machines, but complete systems. Multiple solutions work in sequence to transform product and cardboard into display-ready or shipment-ready packs. Taken individually, our machines cover every stage of secondary packaging. When integrated into a line, these capabilities combine into a continuous, coordinated flow, with each module sized relative to the next.
The range includes complete lines and all-in-one solutions, configured to the actual specifications of the process and the plant. We develop fully customized lines, tailored to the product’s characteristics and the required packaging type.

Packaging Lines

A combination of multiple modules in sequence: forming machine, loading station, closer and end-of-line unit, forming the complete secondary packaging cycle. The customer can purchase the entire solution or integrate the modules into an existing line.

All-in-one

All-in-one

Designed for plants with space constraints, it performs the same functions as a complete line in a single, compact block. It eliminates the need for conveyor links between modules without compromising the production cycle.

Support continues after commissioning. We assist the customer with line management: from initial training to the supply of spare parts, right through to the technical interventions required to maintain performance over time. We monitor every installation until the machine becomes an integral part of the production process

Why choose our solutions

Every configuration is developed by our R&D department based on the product’s characteristics and its behaviour on the production line: format, stability, loading method, and sequence of operations.
We design and build every component in-house, including two- and three-axis robots for product positioning, maintaining continuity in the operating logic throughout the entire cycle. The same team oversees the project from the first analysis through to production fine-tuning using integrated quality control systems, in which timing, synchronisation and operating conditions are defined.
