VIMCO’s R&D deparment has always focused on finding innovative solutions to satisfy customer’s requirements.
For this application, the main challenges were rapresented by:
- Limited Area for the machine positioning.
- Flexibility to work on several formats
- Forming the cardboard from flat blank
Following these customer’ specifications, R&D deparment developed a compact and versatile machine.
Main features and advantages of this application are::
- Using of flat blanks instead of preglued carton saving costs.
- Closure of the case by means of “tuck in” system.
- Closure by means of hot melt glue for a complete sealing of the carton.
- Speed: up to 50 pc/min
- Compact lay-out: 3600mm x 2000mm (infeed belts included)
- Customized uploading system of the products
- Versatility during format change.
